Now that S'pore has gain control of Pulau Batu Puteh, what impact will it have to the govt.?

They can put the unpleasant and unnecessary episode aside and focus their resources on more important and critical issues. Now that sovereignty of the biggest rock is determined, they may be more prepared to spend funds and effort to enhance the buildings and facilities there. The only thorn remaining is the South Ledge rock, which is still unresolved. Maybe it is timely for ASEAN to set up its own Supreme Court of Justice, to settle minor territorial or sovereignty disputes in a more expedient way, instead of waiting for ages and souring relations. Now that S'pore has gain control of Pulau Batu Puteh, what impact will it have to the govt.?
