Are pore clearing strips bad for your skin?

Yes - in the short term, no, but over the long term their abrasive qualities and chemicals can cause whiteheads (hardened sebum that remains in your epidermis). Are pore clearing strips bad for your skin?
no i don't think so.they just clear skin and make it healthy and clearAre pore clearing strips bad for your skin?
Actually it depends. If you have really bad pores on your nose and/or have oily skin on your nose, then chances are the strip is actually doing more harm than good. Why? Because there is something in the strip that dries out the nose, making it produce more oil, thus blocking more pores. In short, although you may see results after you take the strip off, it'll go back to the way it was before in a day or two.

So what should you do? Well, I for one have God awful blackheads on my nose, so I know the frustration! What I do is do a facial steam, you can purchase one at any store for 15 dollars are they're so nice! And then use a blackhead removal tool that you can purchase at a beauty store. But be cautious! Although they work real well, they can cause infections or permanent scars if you're not careful. Then I follow it with a light Micro derm and then a splash of ice cold water, as it shrinks the pores. Remember to moisturize, too! This helps prevent the skin from getting too oily again.

I hope this helped you!
They're not bad for you.

But if you use them too much they can damage your skin.

Only use them every 3 days at least.
They aren't bad for your skin but I don't think they work very well. If nothing else they do help to exfoliate which is always a good thing.
