Pore like holes on palm if my hands?

whenever I wash my hands or has with warm water, I noticed little clusters of pore like holes on my palm. they look just like ones on a face. what are they called and how can I prevent them?Pore like holes on palm if my hands?
They are pores and you can not prevent them. Pores are all over your body and serve a specific necessary function.
