Because usually, you dont have acne all over your nose. And their are places on your nose where it is not very common get problems their. Plus, the not covering all nose design might look a little cooler than the covering whole nose design that has no curves.Why do pore strips NEVER cover your entire nose??
I don't think they were meant to. They want us to buy more so they make more money. Just take another one and cut it to cover as much as you want covered.

i think because they stick to your nose rite?
and when u take them off it burns so if its on all of your nose then it would hurt more?
I dont know you would think they would.
