Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent?

I just bought this and I've heard that it's supposed to dry out my skin, but it doesn't. Is there any correct way to use this? I washed my face then applied this on and the oils came back and it never even dried out my skin.Neutrogena Clear Pore Oil-Eliminating Astringent?
Sometimes if you over-dry your skin, it will start secreting more oil to compensate. Even if you have oily skin, you should use an oil-free moisturizer. Cleanse, toner/astringent, moisturizer - morning and night.

in the facial cleansing area look more toward the soaps and there is this blue %26amp; white bar called ';gamophen'; it isn't really soap and it's under $2. can be used on sensitive skin. also drink 8 glasses of water a day, more if you do sport. also for every cup of coke or milo or anything drink the equivilant amount of water to dilute.

HOPE IT WAS OD SOME HELP!!!!

GOOD LUCK!!!!!
Dont make your face too dry, you only eliminate EXCESS oils called sebum but not all, if you do remove most, your pores will produce even MORE sebum therefore causing an acne outbreak:P
